Our engineers have developed a unique embroidery technique which enables you to increase your productivity by 25%. Our sequin devices offer you the chance to benefit above average from the everlasting sequin boom.
- The maximum embroidery speed for our sequin device amounts to 1000 r.p.m. In case of the triple fixture, it is possible to attach up to 25% more sequins than usual.
- Compressed air is not required.
- Our sequin device is available for sequins from 3 to 9mm.
- The whole lifting and lowering process is done mechanically and takes only 2 seconds.
- In case of non-continuous segmented designs the intermediate position is approached and the upper resting position is only approached at the end oft he design or in case of thread breakage.
- For convenient assembly, the connection between the head cable and the sequin device is provided with a threaded plug.

With T5/T6, the width of tape B (=upper tape) must be smaller than or equal to the width of tape B (=bottom tape)!
Thickness of tape max. 0,4 mm (usually 0,12 bis 0,2 mm).
Diameter of transport hole min. 1,2 mm and max. 2 mm.
Transport hole distance from needle position to cutting position/knife min. 1,5 mm and max. 7,5 mm (V6/V6.1; T5/T6) ; 9,5 mm (V7); 16,5 mm (V8/V9).
Width of sequin tape min. 3 mm and max. 9 mm (V6/V6.1; T5/T6); 19 mm (V7; V8/V9).
Lateral transtport hole position with regard to movement direction/width of tape only concentric.
