The ZSK Sock Frame is the professional solution to this challenge. It has been specifically developed to securely and precisely fix socks, gloves or wristbands. Its real strength becomes evident in combination: by using two frames under one embroidery head, you can embroider a left and a right sock simultaneously in a single operation.

In combination with the ZSK WebAPI and BasePac, you can transform your workflow into a fully automated embroidery production system. While others are still setting up manually, you are already producing – error-free and at record speed.

Compatibility

The sock frame is a versatile tool for your ZSK fleet. It is compatible with all common ZSK embroidery machines (e.g. SPRINT series, RACER series).

SPRINT

The SPRINT series comprises single-head embroidery machines. The models feature 12 or 18 needles and different embroidery field sizes for frame embroidery, cap embroidery or border frames.

 

 

RACER

The RACER series includes embroidery machines with 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 or 12 embroidery heads. The models are suitable for frame embroidery, cap embroidery or border frames. They differ in needle count, head spacing and embroidery field depth.
