The technical embroidery describes the latest and most innovative field of application of state-of-the-art embroidery machines. With a lot of know-how and many years of experience in textile machine construction, we have transferred the wide possibilities of our embroidery machines into industrial applications and developed technical embroidery systems. Today, our systems are used in areas where embroidery machines were unimaginable just a few years ago. For example, our machines today feed conductive yarns in the μm range and connect sensors, integrated circuits and electronic components applied to textiles or other fiber-based substrate materials.
If standard mechanical processes do not meet the requirements of force distribution in components and manual processes do not guarantee sufficient reproducibility, our ZSK systems offer the right solutions.
Flexible Installation Technology
With the additional use of our specialized K and W embroidery heads, electrodes made of conductive yarns can be attached to textiles via moss embroidery, for example.
Wires and hoses for the production of heating or cooling systems in car seats or protective vests can also be laid.
This fundamentally new laying technique is particularly suitable in the production of reinforcing structures by the free alignment, laying and fixing of the fibers. Here, the fiber strands, e.g. aramid, carbon and glass fiber rovings, individually attached by stitches to a base material – so the rovings can be placed in any direction and quantity. We offer you the advantage of higher load capacity, lower weight and the possibility of local reinforcement, joining and joining of fabrics.
