RACER II
The RACER II series offers a number of further developed and enhanced ZSK embroidery machines of the RACER series.
Characteristics
The RACER II models are equipped with 18 needles per head.
The distance between the heads is always 495 mm. This can be recognized by the letter "W" in the machine name.
Many models in the series can be ordered with an embroidery field depth of 500 mm or 700 mm.
Better performance
Performance-optimizing developments such as a quick color change or a quick catcher are contributed by the flat embroidery machine flagship series CHALLENGER.
Features
18 Needles or colours
18 needles per head as standard increase the possibilities in the areas of efficiency, creativity and perfection. The increased number of needles increases the availability of yarn, for example, and thus reduces downtimes.
Quick Colour Change
Save yourself the time-consuming tinkering and sorting of colors into needles for the optimal, time-saving color change. The machines of the RACEER II are equipped with the fast ZSK color change as standard.
Automatic Head Selection
The head selection enables the automatic selection of heads to be switched on and off, e.g. to embroider designs repeatedly, that are larger than the max. embroidery field of a single embroidery head.
Head Distance 495 mm
The head distance describes the distance between the centre of two adjacent heads. The wide 495mm head spacing on multi-head embroidery machines is ideal for bulky products and large designs.
ZSK's Slim Tubular Arm
ZSK offers the slimmest tubular arm for industrial embroidery. Combined with i.e. ZSK's shirt pocket frames it opens new fields of application. The slim tubular arm measures 44,3 by 43mm and works without a visible picker at the front.

Applications (Examples)
Border Frame
For applications such as patches, embroidering in repeats or large individual motifs.
Single Frame in Flat Mode
With the fastening sets Z200 / Z360, single frames can be attached to the pantograph to embroider in flat mode.
Single Tubular Frame
The magnetic Mighty Hoop frames make it easier to clamp and thus speed up embroidery.
Cap Frame
For embroidering caps, including 3D embroidery. Embroidery field max .: 360 mm x 70 mm. Requires the ZSK cap drive.
Shirt Pocket Frame
The frame offers many possibilities, e.g. embroidering shirt pockets with names or logos.
Belt and Ribbon Frame
Magnet. frames for i.e. belts or ribbons. Embroidery field max .:

Optional Devices
Sequin Devices
ZSK STICKMASCHINEN offers single and twin sequin devices to embroider sequins from 2 mm to 19 mm.
Bead Device
The ZSK bead device allows to embroider up to four different beads in one embroidery design.
Cording Device
Embroidering with cords in different thicknesses and structures gives your designs an exciting look and feel.
Boring Device
The device is a stitch tool that bores a hole in the fabric. The needle and the thread open the hole and embroider around it.
Hot Air Cutting (HAC)
With the hot air cutting device, textile applications can alternatively be cut inexpensively during embroidery.
Cord-Loop Device
With the cord loop device, decorative threads can be easily processed into embroidery designs.
