Tech. Modification
Conversion kit: Cap Protection Bar
ZSK embroidery machines are equipped with a half metal ring to provide the catcher sufficient space. For some cap types, this can cause tension on the visor of the cap and reduce embroidery quality close to the visor.
This optional modification provides more space for the cap and ensures an improved stitch quality.

In previous software versions, barcodes had to be scanned step by step. Now, entire workflows can be stored in a single barcode, significantly speeding up the machine setup process.
For example, you can load designs over the network, load the starting point, make design optimizations and perform the rotation in a single scan.

Color assignment by section
You can assign colors to different sections of the design, not just to individual needles.
It's at two-step process:
- (Setup – Done Once & After Changing Cones):
Assign colors to the machine’s needles. - (Every Time You Load a Design):
Visually match colors to different sections of the design.
If your machine has enough colors, the first step is rarely needed. The second step is much easier because you can see and adjust colors visually.
You can set up sections with the same color in the design to use different colors on the machine.
