The fastening sets Z200 and Z360

With the fastening kits Z200 and Z360, single frames can be used economically in flat embroidery mode. The individual frames are simply hung on a frame rail on the pantograph below any of the embroidery heads.

Prepared change frames can be exchanged quickly, thus minimizing your set-up times. The conversion from border to single frame only requires relatively little effort.

Large single frames with a diameter of 300 mm or more have a stabilizing third attachment point that is attached directly to frames up to 500 mm using an adapter. Stabilizing plates and adjustment rails are required for deeper border frames. Adjusting rails and stabilizing plates are supplied with all border frames from ZSK embroidery machines.

The mounting kits Z200 and Z360 offer the user a variety of combination options to reduce set-up times to a minimum, depending on the size, head spacing and embroidery intensity of the design.
